Bellcate School is so happy to welcome two new students this quarter to our community, Matt and Anna. Both students and their families have already had a positive impact. Matt and his parents have been on our waiting list for quite some time but took that opportunity to get to know staff and other families by participating in several shadow days, family nights and Open House.
Matt comes to Bellcate all the way from Barre and has had an amazing start. Matt is a positive and helpful student who is a natural athlete and a good friend to others. He is especially gifted with training our school dog, Prince. Matt has a dynamic schedule that reflects many of his current strengths and interests as a strong building block for all of the great learning opportunities to come.
Anna came in for a visit, she shared her nickname Zippy and the rest is history. She was a natural match and was excited and engaged from day 1. Zippy is off to a productive start with all of her classes and highlighted her “favorite class” in lunch assembly this week which is theatre. “She is such a good fit with our existing theatre troupe. She has already made friends with everyone,” explains Epic Theatre Director, Aaron Masi. Zippy is from just around the corner in Essex. She is kind, has a fun personality and always seems up for trying something new!
Bellcate School is fortunate to have these new students and their families as part of our community. Together we can!
