For our summer session, the Group English class is reading a graphic novel version of The Odyssey. Combining the complex story from thousands of years ago with wonderful illustrations, this translation of The Odyssey has really captivated our imaginations. By analyzing poems, different translations of the original text, and Greek art, our students have taken a deep dive into the rich traditions the ancient Greeks have left for us. Our class consists of five students and three teachers, each bringing their own unique talents and perspective to the discussions and daily activities. Much like the original tale, it has been a fascinating journey!
