On Friday December 1st at the Dostie Bros. Frame Shop in Burlington, we had a great turn-out for bellcate art opening. There was artwork from 16 art students, which included paintings, drawings, Assemblage, collage, digital photography, pottery, textile/sculpture and images created in Photoshop. Out of the 16 artists, nine of them attended the opening! Some of them even sold artwork, which put a smile on their faces. I also would like to show a big appreciation for our other visual arts teachers (Mary, Crystal, & Marta). Their great work with each of the students definitely added to the variety and depth of our exhibit. Thank you to all the teachers and families that attended. Having the student artwork on display means a lot to me. I deeply appreciate your patronage and it makes my job even more meaningful.
